EBS was founded in 1979 by four enthusiastic and forward-thinking entrepreneurs, at a time when business technology and software was in its infancy. In August 2021 four likeminded individuals, Richard, Sandy, Simon and Dan, acquired the business and had the vision to enhance the services already offered, in order to maintain EBS’ standing as one of the most experienced technology partners in the industry.
