Dan Price
As someone who learned how to build a computer when they were 10 years old, you know you’re in safe hands with Dan Price as our Technical Director, and co-owner at EBS. With a 20-year career in IT, Dan has been with us for more than 12 years and is responsible for identifying and recommending new technology solutions, as well as designing business solutions for IT systems.
Richard Bates
Richard loves to talk. And that’s a very good thing, as any of our clients, and staff here at EBS, will tell you. His zest for talking to people, as well as an obsession to understand how everything works, was developed from an early age as he watched, and was inspired by, his parents as they ran a successful business. Those were the first steps that led Richard on the path to where he is now – as our Sales Director and co-owner of EBS.
Sandy Robinson
Sandy is EBS’s biggest cheerleader, of that we’re sure anyone who knows her will agree. A problem solver at heart, Sandy joined EBS in 2011. Now, as our Client Services Director and co-owner, Sandy is driven to ensuring our customers are happy with the products and services we provide and, in her own words, she will do whatever she can to see our customers and our staff succeed.
Simon Pritchard
Simon has a rich history with EBS, having overseen the day-to-day operations of the implementation and development teams during much of his time here. Now, in his current role, Simon’s well-rounded knowledge of the company, including its customers, staff and processes, allows him to ensure that operations are always efficient and successful.

Our accredited Sage Support and Implementation team have over 70 years combined experience supporting businesses across multiple industry sectors and as such have built a wealth of knowledge around business procedures, software processes and everything in between.

Our established and long standing IT support and implementation teams are here to assist businesses of all sizes in managing their day to day IT needs along with supporting growth and change. With our highly skilled and accredited teams you can be assured you are in safe hands.
Sales
Our friendly and approachable team of Business Development Managers, Account Managers and Sales Support are dedicated to understanding your operations to help find the right solutions and services to enhance your business. We will ensure our recommendations can add real value to your company.
Development
We have a wealth of experience scoping and designing bespoke solutions, all backed up by a team of software architects and in-house developers which allows us to create very detailed designs of bespoke software and have a seamless development handover. Our developers use the latest in cutting edge technologies for both windows and web applications along with Android and iOS application development across our product sets. Once delivered, our team maintain and support the solutions to ensure they adapt to change and growth.
The Hub
This is the centralised nucleus of EBS, combining the Accounts, Human Resources and Administration departments. The Hub handles enquiries from customers, suppliers, and internal queries from staff and ensures the day to day operations run smoothly.
