Following on from our success in organising Christmas Jumper Day at EBS last December, when we were able to make a significant contribution towards Save the Children UK, we are now launching another great charity initiative with Red Nose Day fast approaching!
On Friday, 24th March we will be ‘simply red’, as the EBS staff will be scrambling through their wardrobes to come dressed in red garments. At the risk of ending up a bit ‘red-faced’, we will of course be sporting red noses as well!
The staff will all be bringing in some goodies to contribute to a lunchtime buffet, with proceeds from ticket sales going to Comic Relief.
We will be taking some group photos of the day and will be sharing them with our customers in our newsletter at the end of the month.
On a serious note, Comic Relief is of course an extremely important charity that increases awareness and raises millions of pounds each year to improve lives across the world for people affected by problems such as disease, poverty and famine.
EBS have pledged to make a significant contribution and have set a target. You can help us reach this target by visiting our Just Giving page set up by Laura Donohoe.
