We are delighted to announce that we now have a customer portal.

This links into our support ticketing system for both our Technical Services team and our Sage Support team.

Here you can raise a new ticket as well as checking the status and adding notes to existing support tickets.

Accessing your portal is simple. You can either sign up or just login with your Office 365 account. If required, we can then tweak your account so you can see all of the support tickets raised for your company.
