EBS were flexible to allow us to meet all our deadlines. When there were challenges getting lines into the new building because of pandemic delays with Open Reach EBS put in a 4G temporary solution to allow the training and installation of Sage 200 to take place. The project was very well run by the whole EBS team.

The HaTS department have been excellent since my time at Agriline Products Ltd. We are a fast moving company who literally cannot afford for our systems to be down for 10 minutes. If they were, then orders would stop coming in via phone and website, and our warehouse would lose time to get orders out the door. When you can be dispatching up to 500 orders per day, then every minute counts. The Hardware department have ensured we can maintain our critical same day despatch policy, all thanks to the Pro-Active support package.
