Having worked with EBS for many years for our Sage 200 implementation and ongoing support, we have now migrated our Managed Services and IT Support to them. We are really pleased with the service we receive from them. The Team are always helpful, knowledgeable and approachable. Although our procedures are relatively complex, EBS Consultants took the time to understand our business processes and full requirements. We have been working with EBS since 2012 and they have been instrumental in helping us upgrade and modernise our systems. Through our close relationship with EBS they have understood the needs of our business and developed a roadmap for us to make significant improvements to our business operations.

EBS were flexible to allow us to meet all our deadlines. When there were challenges getting lines into the new building because of pandemic delays with Open Reach EBS put in a 4G temporary solution to allow the training and installation of Sage 200 to take place. The project was very well run by the whole EBS team.

EBS spotted the challenges around Sage 50 and could see how its limitations might hinder our companies growth plans. We were happy with Sage so they recommended Sage 200 with Manufacturing to ensure we had the tools and systems in place for our future.

The HaTS department have been excellent since my time at Agriline Products Ltd. We are a fast moving company who literally cannot afford for our systems to be down for 10 minutes. If they were, then orders would stop coming in via phone and website, and our warehouse would lose time to get orders out the door. When you can be dispatching up to 500 orders per day, then every minute counts. The Hardware department have ensured we can maintain our critical same day despatch policy, all thanks to the Pro-Active support package.

Since our first dealings with EBS we have always received outstanding support with hardware and software which other companies fail to provide. EBS is a go to company for any business that wants to invest in growing their own business rather than worrying about their I.T. infrastructure. EBS have been great in developing our system, and making us feel much more secure in terms of our IT landscape, from many system efficiencies they have helped us implement to hardware improvements which have sped up our systems allowing our staff to use their time more wisely.
