EBS is delighted to announce that we have been named as a finalist for MSP of the Year (under £10m) at the CRN Channel Awards. The awards have been running for 33 years and showcase the best in the IT industry across the UK. 

What this recognition means 

The industry-leading CRN Channel Awards are independently judged by channel professionals. They take into account the achievements and performances of MSPs over the past year (from June 2025 to June 2026) and how they help their customers. 

For EBS to be recognised within this category, we had to demonstrate the value that we’ve provided to our customers in the last 12 months. The judges reviewed our growth, services, customer feedback and innovations to see how we are a valuable partner to our customers and our team.

Being shortlisted, reinforces something that has always been important to EBS: that we are an experienced technology partner, not simply a supplier. We act on feedback, not just collect it, with personal contact from our directors where needed. This is one of the reasons we have some customer relationships that are over 25 years old. 

Highlighting our support for businesses across the Midlands and beyond

Since 1979, we’ve been working with businesses across Greater Birmingham, the Midlands and wider UK. These SMEs span a range of sectors from manufacturing to not-for-profits to professional services and more. 

Our focus remains on investing in services that will help SMEs across our region and the wider UK to meet today’s business challenges. It is why we’ve expanded and developed our managed services offering, including EBS Cloud, alongside cyber resilience, Sage/ERP, and more. 

Creating conversations for SME leaders is also important to us. Our annual Thrive event brings senior leaders together to explore practical topics including AI, cyber security, operational efficiency, productivity and sustainable growth. 

MSP of the year starts with our people 

Being a finalist for MSP of the Year (under £10m) is only possible because of our people. EBS is proud, and invested, in its company culture. This includes training and investment in our team and is why 42% of our team have worked with us for more than four years.
